Do you work with contractors and other project professionals?
Yes. Interior design is coordinated with the contractor and relevant architects, builders, trades, fabricators, and vendors. Yutori Designs can collaborate with an established project team or discuss what professional relationships will be needed for the scope.
Do you take on commercial design work?
Yes. Commercial work is part of Nihcole Petersen’s broad project-category experience. The appropriate scope depends on the type of business, property, project team, timeline, and operational needs, which are reviewed during the initial conversation.
Can you handle furniture, fixtures, and material procurement?
Procurement can be discussed as part of the project scope, including the selection and coordination of applicable furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and materials. Responsibilities, approvals, ordering, delivery coordination, and related terms are clarified in the proposal before work begins.
